LeitnerPlus is a learning and productivity tool for creating cards, organizing study material, and reviewing with spaced repetition. These Terms describe the basic rules for using the app during its MVP and early-stage period.
Account registration
You need an account to use protected app features. You are responsible for keeping your login method secure and for activity that happens under your account.
User content
You are responsible for the cards, tags, categories, images, and other content you add. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, and do not add illegal, harmful, or abusive material.
Learning and review features
LeitnerPlus can help schedule reviews and organize study sessions, but it does not guarantee memory, grades, exam results, job outcomes, or professional performance.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass security, interfere with other users, scrape private data, upload malware, or use LeitnerPlus for unlawful activity.
Future paid features / subscriptions
LeitnerPlus may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, feature limits, or billing terms later. Free features may change as the product develops. Any paid terms should be finalized before paid launch.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as-is for MVP and early-stage use. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk. You may stop using the app at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LeitnerPlus is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, lost opportunities, exam results, business losses, or interruptions related to app usage.
Changes to these terms
When terms materially change, LeitnerPlus may require users to accept a new legal version before continuing to protected app features.
